Welcome Chelsea Meacham

We’re excited to welcome Chelsea Meacham as our new senior communications and development manager. Chelsea (she/her) is a writer, activist, and communications strategist with a decade of experience driving resources and attention to movements for gender, racial, and climate justice. With deep roots in feminist philanthropy, her approach to narrative change and storytelling prioritizes thoughtful relationship-building and fierce solidarity with those most impacted by injustice. Before joining the Hive Fund, she supported the visibility of global feminist movements at Global Fund for Women, including launching a first-of-its-kind initiative to strengthen the narrative power of climate justice movements and activists in the Caribbean, the Pacific Islands, and across Africa. Outside of her paid work, Chelsea can be found organizing locally for prison abolition and queer and trans liberation with the grassroots collective Black and Pink NYC.
