Jill Price Marshall Joins Hive Fund as Operations and Culture Director

We are delighted to welcome Jill Price Marshall to Hive Fund as our new operations and culture director. Jill brings nearly two decades of experience helping mission-driven organizations build the systems, structures, and practices that enable both people and movements to thrive. 

Throughout her career, Jill has guided organizations through periods of significant growth and transformation, including leadership roles at Proteus Fund, ParentsTogether Foundation, and BuildingGreen. In addition to a deep commitment to equity and justice, she brings expertise in fiscal management, compliance, organizational culture, personnel systems, and navigating the complexities of multi-entity work. 

“Jill's exceptional ability to hold both operational rigor and people-centered culture will be vital as Hive Fund’s work grows more complex,” said CEO Melanie Allen. “Her deep knowledge of philanthropic and nonprofit operations will help us strengthen the creative, values-driven infrastructure needed to support our staff, partners, and the evolving demands of this moment.” 

As operations and culture director, Jill will serve on Hive Fund’s Senior Leadership Team and will oversee operational strategy and alignment across Hive Fund’s growing body of work and partnerships. She will also lead efforts to strengthen internal culture and policies that reflect Hive Fund’s commitment to healing justice, holistic security, and sustainable, values-aligned ways of working.
