Welcome Adrian Pavone

Our team is growing! Adrian M. Pavone has joined Hive Fund as our new program operations fellow. Adrian (he/they) previously worked as a program manager with Arabella Advisors, where he provided administrative support to Hive Fund through their fiscal sponsor, Windward Fund. At Arabella, Adrian also served numerous global climate initiatives, providing funding to over 200 mission-driven partners. Adrian earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from North Carolina State University and continues to reside outside of Raleigh, NC. Adrian enjoys cooking for his family and weightlifting in his free time. Please join us in welcoming Adrian!
